- Most people do not pay a monthly premium for Part A if you or your spouse paid Medicare taxes while working
(Medical Insurance)
- Cover doctor's services
- Outpatient care, home health and other medical services

- Medicare Part B has deductibles and co-insurance
- Medicare Part B does require premium payments
(Medicare Advantage)
- Offered by private insurance medicare enrollment companies approved by and under contract with Medicare
- Includes all benefits and services offered by Part A and Part B, and typically includes prescription drug coverage, Part D
- May include extra coverage, such as vision, hearing, dental, and/or health and wellness programs
- May require additional premium payment in addition to your Part B premium

- Offered by private companies approved by and under contract with Medicare.
- Plan is to help cover the cost of prescription drugs.
- May help lower your prescription drug costs and help protect against higher costs in the future.
- Medicare Part D is available to everyone with Medicare.
